Teen Parent Program: The DCM’s Young Parent Program empowers young parents as their child’s first teacher and consists of young parent education classes at the Duluth Children's Museum and young parent play-dates. Through this project, young parents and their children engage collaboratively in activities and experiences aimed at nurturing children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language skills. The DCM's Young Parent Program is made in partnership with Duluth ECFE and made possible through funding from St. Louis County and other generous donors.
